John K. Baldwin is the Chairman and CEO of Sanum Investment, Ltd. and serves as the Chairman of the company’s Investment Committee. Mr. Baldwin has been involved in major financial transactions since 1981. He has been involved in placing more than $4 billion USD in high yield debt, more than $2 billion USD in high yield loans, the acquisition of more than $1.5 billion USD in distressed debt and has invested more than $5 million USD in venture capital projects. With this wealth of experience, Mr. Baldwin directs Sanum’s diverse, worldwide business operations.

Robert Burton
Controller

Robert Burton is a California and Washington State Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He has extensive internal auditing experience in a wide variety of business sectors and international locations. In his role with Sanum Investment, Ltd., Mr. Burton develops long-term business strategies and manages Sanum’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Burton recognizes business opportunities, analyzes risks, negotiates transactions, devises optimal transaction structures, drafts appropriate agreements and implements large-scale development projects. The ventures include, but are not limited to, banking, financing, gaming, hospitality, mining, hydro-electric, airport development and management, agri-business/livestock and international franchising. Burton brings a diverse international background to Sanum, having traveled through 60 countries on five continents.

Bouakheua Nonthaveth
Public Relations

A native Laotian, Mr. Nonthaveth has a diverse background. As Sanum's Public Relations Representative, Mr. Nonthaveth leverages his language fluency and communications ability to manage and maintain relationships with Sanum's government and business contacts. In his role, Mr. Nonthaveth maintains community and media relations and communications with key government officials and departments in Laos. He implements advertising and branding strategies, policies and procedures, and oversees the company’s Lao community enrichment activities and foreign market advertising. In addition, Mr. Nonthaveth serves on a cross-functional management team for the Lao region, developing and fostering relationships and projects with key company stakeholders.
